Dermapen is the name of the device used for microneedling. Before treatment, the specialist assesses the skin and determines the settings, indicative number of sessions and aftercare.
The device uses sterile needles to create controlled microchannels at the skin’s surface. This process aims to support natural renewal mechanisms and the production of collagen and elastin.
Depth and intensity are tailored to the area and purpose. Treatment is not carried out with the same settings for every patient or every part of the face.
